Terms of Service & Order Processing

Fatboy® USA currently ships to the 48 Contiguous United States (excluding PO Boxes). Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

You will receive two emails:

  1. An order confirmation once your purchase is complete

  2. A shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is on the way

Shipping Times:
Once your order ships, the tracking number provided will show the most accurate delivery estimate. As an example, orders shipping to Florida typically take about 4 business days, while shipments to California may take around 5 business days. Your timeline may vary based on location and order size.

Made to Order, Made Fresh:
We take pride in the fact that many of our items—including bean bags, accent chairs, ottomans, and sofas—are built to order. That means they’re made just for you, not pulled from warehouse shelves. Every piece is freshly crafted and shipped out as soon as it’s ready, ensuring you receive something that’s brand new and made with care.



Fatboy® Return Policy

We want you to love your Fatboy®. But if it’s not quite what you expected, we’re here to help.

To start a return:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing returns@fatboyusa.com

  • Include your order number and reason for the return

  • We’ll respond within 48 hours with a Return Authorization Number

Returned items must:

  • Be in ‘as new,’ unused, and undamaged condition

  • Include all original packaging and materials

  • Be returned with your invoice, return authorization number, and original payment details

Important notes:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • A $19.95 restocking fee applies to most returns

  • For items totaling $500 or more, a $49.95 restocking fee will be applied per item

  • All returns will be inspected upon arrival. If the item meets return eligibility, the proper amount will be refunded to your original form of payment.

Fatboy® Product Warranty

Fatboy® products are covered under a 1-year Manufacturer Defect Warranty. If something goes wrong and it’s our fault, we’ll make it right—with a replacement, a part, or a full refund, depending on the situation.

What’s covered:

  • Manufacturing defects reported within 1 year of purchase

What’s not covered:

  • Wear or fading after extended use

  • Normal reduction in filling volume (EPS beads)

  • Water damage—our fabrics are water-resistant, but not waterproof

  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Improper maintenance or use

  • Damage caused by weather or prolonged outdoor exposure (even for outdoor-rated products)

Filing a Warranty Claim:
To submit a claim, email info@fatboyusa.com with:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos clearly showing the problem area as well as the entire product

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
