Our Corporate Responsibility mojo is about building trust in the marketplace, supporting our people, making an impact in the community, and managing our carbon footprint. We focus on developing leaders and investing in team members’ futures through career development and networking opportunities.
As a proud Special Edition partner of (RED) since 2012, Fatboy® USA has continually innovated the ways in which it supports (RED) to help in the fight for an AIDS FREE GENERATION. Fatboy USA is working with some of the world’s most iconic brands including Apple, Coca-Cola, Starbucks and many more as they partner with (RED) to help bring people into the global fight against AIDS. (RED) was founded in 2006 by Bono and Bobby Shriver to engage businesses and people in the fight against AIDS. Fatboy USA contributes 10% of the proceeds from every purchase of the Special Edition (FATBOY)RED collections go to the Global Fund to fight AIDS. (RED) and its partners continue to the work toward an AIDS free generation.
Fatboy products aren’t afraid to be a little tongue-in-cheek. We make it a point to convey this in everything we create, while also guaranteeing the sustainability and precise design that we know our customers expect. We constantly tinker and monitor our products, making sure they are both safe and environmentally conscious for our customers and our employees. Our work ethic of safety in all aspects pervades our choice of raw materials, suppliers and the definitive composition of our products.
Ethical Labor Practices and Responsible Sourcing
Some of Fatboy’s products are manufactured by large (SGS-certified) companies and smaller, independent manufacturers. We send our own staff to the manufacturing locations, enabling us to constantly guarantee the quality of our products and factories. Each one of these factories is an extension of our name, and we treat them with the same attention that Fatboy is known for.

Every full time employee inclusive of hourly associates, receive paid vacation, personal days and sick time. We support team members through allowing them to have flexible work schedules and work remotely. We believe in working smart and hard and we support that vision through constantly evaluating ways to improve efficiency for our associates.
Summer Internship Programs
What are you doing next summer? Fatboy offers several paid summer internship programs. We’re inviting bright and courageous future leaders to embrace an entrepreneurial mindset and start their journey of growth. Our intern program will expose you to cross-functional departments as you experience all facets of driving a business. As an intern, you will also gain a holistic view of the organization through professional development and interacting with different areas of the business. We don’t want you to blend in! We challenge interns to stand out and make a difference. We are dedicated to supporting growth through training and hands-on experience.
