Fatboy® USA only ships to the 48 Contiguous United States (excluding PO BOX). Orders will ship within 48 hours from receipt of order. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will receive an additional email with tracking information after your order has shipped. Please retain for your records. Please note, all orders placed after 1:00pm CST on Friday, will not ship until the following Monday.
Fatboy USA Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Fatboy® USA, you may return it for a refund under the following conditions:
- Fatboy® USA must be contacted within 7 days after you have received your order at returns@fatboyusa.com explaining the reason for the request to return.
- Within 48 hours you will receive a return authorization number for your return.
- The product must be returned to Fatboy® USA in 'as new', unused, undamaged condition in its original packaging. If for any reason your product is not in ‘as new’ condition, your account will not be refunded (no exceptions).
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Please include a copy of your original invoice, return authorization number, and form of original payment so we can process your refund quickly.
- Return shipping charges will be at the customer's expense.
- A $19.95 restocking fee will be applied to all returns and exchanges which meet the return policy guidelines noted above. Note: On items with a purchase price of $500 or greater, a $49.95 restocking fee will be applied.

Fatboy Product Warranty
Fatboy® products are covered under our Manufacturer Defect Warranty for up to six months. If your complaint is justified, we are happy to help you. You will either receive a replacement copy, a new replacement part, or the purchase price will be refunded to you. Please note; in the following cases, you cannot insist on replacement, repair, or reimbursement for your product:
- Wear of an imprint on the material that occurs after a period of six months from the date of purchase.
- Gradual decrease in the volume of the filling (the EPS pearls), as this is normal. Note: An exception to this is a severe volume decrease under normal use within the first 6 months after purchase.
- Water damage to the fabric product components. Fatboy products are not waterproof.
- Damage caused by repairs not performed by Fatboy or someone appointed by Fatboy.
- If changes or modifications have been made to the product.
- Incorrect maintenance
- If the product is used for purposes other than that for which the product is intended.
- Wear and fading due to intensive outdoor use, such as products being left in the rain. Note: This also applies to outdoor products. They are upholstered with fabric and should not remain outside long periods of time.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Fatboy® USA should be contacted at info@fatboyusa.com explaining the reason for the request to return the defected product, along with a picture showing the defect.
- Within 48 hours you will receive a response from one of our Customer Service Representatives with additional information or questions concerning your request.
